Appointment Policies

We work to ensure that our scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Naturally, we understand that things come up and that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending an appointment. So, should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you give us 24-hours notice. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you may be charged an additional fee.

Financial Information

We make it our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. Because we truly believe that financial factors shouldn’t prevent you from getting the best care, we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept Visa and MasterCard and have in-office, interest-free financing available. We also offer financing through Numerica Credit Union. A minimal down payment is required at time of service. We will also work closely with you to thoroughly explain your options and can accommodate your needs.


If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Of course, insurance policies vary, as well as coverage. We will review your insurance to determine your best course of action. Once treatment has started, we will be happy to file your claims for you.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change and treatment is no longer covered, you will be responsible for charges. In such a case, we will work with you to find a financial solution that works best for you.
